We require a 20% down payment to complete the booking. The balance is due 30 days before travel. We also require a $125 refundable security deposit.
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days in advance, all monies (less $50 processing fee) will be returned to you. Cancellations that occur 60 or fewer days in advance will be subject to refund (less $50 processing fee) only when the the room is re-rented.
Clearly, we cannot be responsible for unfavorable weather conditions and are unable to isuue weather related refunds, however, in the event of a Mandatory Evacuation in our area we will refund the the nights that the Mandatory Evacuation was in effect.
Absolutely no pets.
This is a policy of the Resort. Anyone found to have a pet will be asked to leave the premises and will not be given a refund.
Guests of our condo will have the use of our parking card. You will be able to park 1 vehicle in the covered garage free of charge.
Your key code will be mailed to you after your outstanding balance has been paid (30 days before your scheduled travel date). After your stay, the condo will be cleaned and inspected. Assuming that there is no damage, nothing missing, and all keys have been returned,we will refund your entire security deposit.
In order to provide our condo at a discount, we do not provide daily maid service. If you need daily maid service, we will be happy to arrange it for an additional fee.
1 set of bed linens and towels will be provided before your stay. There are washers and dryers on premises. If you require additional sets of bed linens or daily towels service, we will be happy to arrange it for you at an additional fee.
