We offer three seasonal rates, which are defined as follows:

HOLIDAY SEASON: $405.00/Night $2430.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 Nights allowed when reserved less than 7 days prior to arrival or less than 30 days prior to arrival when "only" two nights are available between other confirmed reservations. Must call office. Thanksgiving week - 7 night minimum; Christmas through New Years season - 4 night minimum.

PREMIER SEASON: $370.00/Night (3 night min.) $2220.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 Nights allowed when reserved less than 7 days prior to arrival or less than 30 days prior to arrival when "only" two nights are available between other confirmed reservations. Must call office. 3 Day Holiday Weekends, Valentine's Weekend, June 1st thru August 15th and October.

REGULAR SEASON: $310.00/Night (3 night min.) $1860.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 Nights allowed when reserved less than 7 days prior to arrival or less than 30 days prior to arrival when "only" two nights are available between other confirmed reservations. Must call office. Spring Break (the week before & after Easter), Easter, August 16th thru August 31st, September, November and December except Premier and Holiday Seasons.

VALUE SEASON: $265.00/Night (3 night min.) $1590.00/Week, 2 Nights allowed. $310.00/Night + 12.50% Tax. January through May, except Spring Break, Premier and Holiday Seasons.
