We want to thank the many loyal customers that we've had the pleasure of serving over the last 5 years. It has truly been a pleasure to be part of your vacation experience. We've met some great people in this business and will miss your enthusiastic calls.
We want to assure all of he 2007 customers that have already booked with us that nothing about your planned trip will be changing, except that you'll have expanded services and access to additonal ammenities. You will be staying in the same room that you booked with us, and you will pay the same rate that we guaranteed you. Any existing payments will be transferred to your new reservation with the on-site Management.
The Island Resort Company (Again, this is the new management company the will "own" your booking) handles security deposits differently than 1st Choice Condos did. Instead of holding cash for security deposit, they require a credit card number to hold your reservation. The security deposit that you gave us will be credited to your outstanding balance. If you've already paid in full AND have given us a securty deposit, that deposit will be returned to you.
To complete this transition, the Island Resort Company at Sands Ocean Club asks that you call them toll free at 888-266-4375 after March 3, 2007 to confirm your booking. Please identify yourself as a 1st Choice Condos guest and they will complete the transition of your booking.
Again, we sincerely thank you for your business. We love Myrtle Beach and the Sands Ocean Club and will continue to vacation there ourselves. We hope you'll love it too! See you at the beach!

Fall 2006 - New at the Sands - The "Atlantis Spa" opened at the Sands Ocean Club in February. They offer all of the typical Spa services and the prices seem very reasonable. So be prepared to indulge while you're on vacation!
Also, a new sun deck has been added in front of the
Windows restaurant (North Tower).
